Anthony Frost brings more than 40 years of Design & Construction Management and Corporate Operations experience valued in excess of $500 million on Conventional and Complex Offsite Permanent Modular integration projects in both private and public sectors on the East and West Coasts of the United States including Student Housing, Healthcare Facilities, Nursing Homes, Multifamily and Single Family Residential, Hotels, Municipal facilities, Educational facilities, Sports Facilities, Hospitals, Parking Structures, Retail, Religious facilities, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Country Clubs, Storage Facilities, Correctional Facilities, Restaurants, Office, Mixed Use, Site development, and infrastructure projects.
Anthony has attained extensive experience in Corporate Operations, Development and Management, Design Consultant Coordination and Management, Project Management, Field Supervision, CPM Scheduling, Purchasing, Field Engineering, General Contractor and Subcontractor bidding and management, contract management, construction law, safety control systems, estimating, financial cost control management, marketing, project quality control systems and monitoring, commercial and residential design review, value engineering, land acquisition, entitlement, permitting, insurance and bonding.
